Barton
Lynch – A refined competitor and National icon, Barton
emerged from the simple beach breaks of Manly to become one of the
‘elite’ in surfing history and a household name. Spending
13 years in the top 16 ranked surfers in the world, he clinched
the World Title in 1988 at the famous Hawaii Pipeline, and continued
his winning form until ’98 – retiring after a staggering
15 years on the ASP Tour and 17 career victories. Honored with the
ASP Sportsman of The Year award in 1995, he was inducted into the
Sporting Hall of Fame in 1998. Formidable on a wave, Barton’s
competition skills are legendary! |

Chris
Mortensen – Fitness Director and Sports Massage
Therapist. “Mort”, as all know him, is a former competitive
swimmer at the National level, and takes care of our fitness program.
He is a fully qualified and accredited Massage therapist, with
over 6 years experience in Sports and Deep Tissue Massage, and
surfer injury management. Mort has a BA (Psych), Sydney and is
currently completing a Diploma of Homeopathic Medicine.
